Plot Summary: Lily Dawn is an FBI Special Agent working for the Behavioral Analysis Unit out of Miami. She was raised in the Caribbean and raised as a biracial woman, but has not seen her parents in over a decade. Lily is drawn back to the Caribbean when a body is found floating in the water 20 miles from land, and linked to a serial killer making landmarks of his victims. Lily has to take time confronting her past while solving the case of the serial killer. Lily has to face her past, her parents, her missing sister, and her own emotions while she is back home in the Caribbean, and hopes she can stop the killer before he strikes again.
